Matcha Fruit Smoothie

Chef Will Gilson likes to add matcha to his fruit smoothies to give them an extra kick and a welcomed nutty flavor. Feeling lethargic in the afternoon? Whip up this matcha-infused smoothie to get your nutrients in and feel invigorated. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 large handfuls chopped kale
  • 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Directions

1. Add the coconut milk to your blender or smoothie maker. Next, add the matcha green tea powder and kale then blend until mixed.

 

2. Add the frozen mango and bananas and blend until creamy and smooth.
