Mexican Fiesta Quinoa Salad

3 oz grass-fed hanger steak
1 cup quinoa, cooked
1/2 avocado, chopped
1 lime
4 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 bunch cilantro
1 tsp scotch bonnet pepper
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp grated salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 sliced apple
toasted coconut

1. Sear the hanger steak to your preference. 

2. In a big bowl, mix the quinoa, avocado, cherry tomatoes, coconut oil, cilantro, scotch bonnet pepper, and ginger together.
