This refreshing shake includes ingredients, wakame seaweed and mint, that are known bloat busters.
- 1 tbsp wakame seaweed
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 cup nut milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs or powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
Soak the wakame for 10 minutes.
Put the spinach and mint in a blender and chop until very fine.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend together. Enjoy!
