The Monday Dieter Water-Shedding Veggie Bowl

Fitness trainer Jen Widerstrom's veggie bowl recipe is just what you need to flush the water-weight away and say goodbye to the bloat. Filled with leafy greens and crunchy vegetables, you can mix and match your ingredients to find the combination that suits you best. 


  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup asparagus
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots


1. Layer the base of your bowl with spinach or any other leafy greens you like.


2. Add cooked broccoli and asparagus on top.


3. Sprinkle dried apricots on top and enjoy!
