Loaded with fiber and a special starch blocking compound, white bean hummus is great to snack on when you're trying to shed the water weight. Fitness trainer Jen Widerstrom recommends pairing the hummus with cucumbers and celery, which are full of water and low in calories.
- 1 cup white beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
1. Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it reaches the desired consistency.
2. Dip cucumber slices and chopped celery in the hummus and enjoy!
