

Instead of your usual breakfast, begin your day with this metabolism-boosting sundae to start burning fat in the morning. It’s high in protein and good fats and contains a bit of caffeine from matcha green tea to get your day off to an energized and refreshing start. It may be just what you need to get through your weight-loss plateau.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- Unsweetened coconut (optional)
- Ground flaxseed (optional)
Directions
1. Mix matcha powder and Greek yogurt together.
2. Layer yogurt, banana, and strawberries in a bowl.
3. Sprinkle with coconut and flaxseed. Enjoy!
