Ingredients

  • 1 lb 6-month aged manchego cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced jamón serrano
  • 1 1/2 cups olives (black, Manzanilla)
  • 1 1/2 cups blanched almonds
  • 1/2 cup fig jam

Directions

1. Arrange everything on a wooden cutting board or nice plate and serve.
