1 can (14 oz) black beans
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 packet (1g) natural sweetener
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup apple cider
1-1 1/2 scoops (5-7.5g) PGX

Combine all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the s-blade. Process until smooth, stopping and mixing occasionally to ensure consistency. Serve on your favorite cracker with chopped vegetables.
