1 chicken breast lemon pepper long grain brown rice whole-wheat flour tortillas American cheese tomatoes spinach
Lightly season chicken breast with lemon pepper and throw on a mini-grill. When fully cooked, slice up. Make the brown rice in a rice cooker. When finished, add rice, chicken, a pinch of shredded American cheese, tomato and shredded spinach on to whole wheat tortilla.
