This recipe requires only three ingredients and minimal effort. It’s a great way to make a good serving of the pickled peppers without making too much. And the peppers are a perfect addition to any dish that is lacking some heat.

3/4 cup red chile peppers, fresh
1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
1 jar with vinegar-proof lid

1. Thinly slices the chile peppers and put into your preserving jar.


2. Pour vinegar over them.


3. Seal jar with a lid, and leave in the refrigerator 48 hours before eating.
