1/3 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 tsp chia seeds
Mix ingredients together in a small mason jar or lidded glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix well and add optional toppings: fresh or dried fruit, flaked unsweetened coconut, nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
