The Oz Family loves this vinaigrette as a dressing for their family salad bar nights. Try adding it with your own variation of the Oz Family Salad Bar or drizzle and toss it on your favorite salad recipe.
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
