Both parsley and the caffeine found in green tea are ingredients that will help relieve and decrease your bloat. Dr. Pina LoGiudice recommends making a big batch of this tea ahead of time and drinking as needed.
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup parsley - stems and all
- 2 green tea bags
1. Pour the boiling water over the parsley in a heat-proof pitcher and let steep for 5 minutes.
2. Strain the water over the tea bags and enjoy.
