Need a cool summer-esque treat? These ice cream bites are a healthy twist on a childhood favorite and reminiscent of peanut butter and jelly ice cream. You can make these healthy frozen grape bites, rich in vitamin B6, vitamin K, and nostalgia, in less than five minutes.
- 1 1 lb bag of grapes
- Peanut butter
1. Carefully take the stems out of the grapes.
2. Place grapes in freezer until frozen.
3. Remove grapes from the freezer.
4. Drizzle peanut butter over frozen grapes. Refreeze if you prefer and enjoy!
