Peach Protein Smoothie

While the ingredients in this smoothie may seem a little odd, they are packed with lots of nutrients and protein to keep you full until lunchtime. 


  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1/3 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar


Blend all ingredients until smooth. 

Yields 2 cups.
