Peachy-Tomato Pasta Sauce

2 tbsp olive oil
10 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
6 tomatoes, cored and chopped
2 peaches, pitted and chopped
2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 lb ground turkey breast
1/2 cup torn basil leaves

In a large pot, warm the olive oil and cook the garlic and pepper flakes on medium heat for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in the tomatoes, peaches, marjoram, salt, pepper (and ground turkey if using) and cook on medium low heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve over pasta topped with the torn basil leaves.
