Pineapple and Papaya Smoothie Shot

Taking a "P-Shot" in the morning can help your digestive system. Blend up pineapple and papaya with other nutritious ingredients and drink a shot's worth right before eating breakfast. This will assist your digestive enzymes and help with your gut issues.

1 banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup papaya
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1. Blend up this smoothie in a blender until smooth. 

 

2. Drink one shot (1.5 oz) before eating breakfast. Save the remaining smoothie to drink throughout the week before breakfast.
