Pomegranate Martini

Unwinding with a delicious cocktail after a long day is a great way to relax, but mixed drinks can pack some serious calories. Luckily, mixologist Anthony Caporale has created this guilt-free martini. By using real fruit juice instead of sugary mixes, sugar substitutes and more flavorful liquors, Caporale has taken the extra calories out of these drinks without losing any of the flavor.

1 oz citrus vodka
1 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice
1/2 oz natural sugar substitute simple syrup
Makes 1 serving: 190 calories

In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, add the ingredients. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
