Season your pork with this delicious rub for both a unique flavor and weight-loss benefits. The cinnamon in this rub will slow the passage of food through your stomach, so you’ll feel full longer.

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin

Preheat oven to 425°F. Blend together chili powder and cinnamon in a small bowl. Rub the tenderloin with the olive oil. Sprinkle pork with spice mixture, salt and pepper. Place on roasting pan. Roast until thermometer inserted into center of pork registers 150°F, about 20 minutes.
