Protein-Packed Cobb Salad

Comedian Kathy Griffin revealed to Dr. Oz that green lunches and an overall healthy diet are what keep her looking great. Give her cobb salad a try for lunch—it's packed with protein and other delicious nutrients that will keep your energy up throughout the day.

2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 tomato
1/2 avocado
1 hard-boiled egg
4 oz grilled chicken
handful of dried cranberries
grated Pecorino cheese
2 tbsp light ranch dressing

1. Cut up egg, chicken, avocado, and tomato and put them on top of the lettuce. 

 

2. Drizzle with ranch dressing, top with dried cranberries and cheese, and enjoy!
