Quick and Crispy Artichoke Hearts

You can serve this dish hot, cold or room temperature. It's delicious any which way.

1 9-oz package frozen artichokes, defrosted
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch of sea salt
1 lemon juice

Heat the oil in a shallow pan. Add the artichokes and cook on medium high until nicely browned.

Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
