- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3/4 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
