Red Cabbage and Cantaloupe Bowl

2 cups cantaloupe, diced
2 cups red cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 scallions, sliced into white and green parts
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
pinch sea salt

In a medium bowl, toss all ingredients together until well combined and serve.
