2 1/2 pounds boneless pork roast
1 cup pepperoncini peppers
1 cup pepperoncini juice
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp dried rosemary
1/8 tsp dry mustard, such as Coleman's
3 cups chopped broccoli, spinach, or asparagus

1. Place all ingredients (except vegetables) in a slow cooker.

 

2. Simmer on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

 

3. While waiting for the pork to cook, steam your choice of vegetables.

 

4. Serve together.
