- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 5 drops stevia, or to taste
- sea salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries
1. Bring water to a boil and stir in the chia seeds and hemp seeds.
2. Sweeten with coconut oil and almond butter. Top with berries and stevia for added sweetness.
