  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 5 drops stevia, or to taste
  • sea salt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries


1. Bring water to a boil and stir in the chia seeds and hemp seeds. 


2. Sweeten with coconut oil and almond butter. Top with berries and stevia for added sweetness.
