1 3/4 cups cooked chickpeas 1/2 cup roasted red peppers 1/3 cup tahini 3 large cloves garlic, smashed and peeled 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper pinch of ground red pepper
Combine the chickpeas, red peppers, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, oil, cumin, salt, black pepper and ground red pepper in a food processor.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Season with additional salt and black pepper if desired.
