Sauerkraut Guacamole

Sauerkraut is rich in probitotics which helps your maintain your gut and your digestive system. Add this guacamole onto sweet potato tacos to bust your bloat. 

1/2 cup of your favorite guacamole
1/2 cup chopped sauerkraut

1. In a small bowl mix guacamole and sauerkraut together.


2. Serve on top of tacos or with tortilla chips.
