Sharon Jones' Green Food Smoothie

The right smoothie can give your body just what it needs to wake up in the morning or reboot in the afternoon. This recipe from legendary funk and soul singer Sharon Jones (of the Dap-Kings) is overflowing with nutrition and dripping with deliciousness. Call it restoration in a glass.

1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp GI revive powder
1/2 tsp probiotic synergy powder
1 tbsp green food powder
1 tbsp fiber formula
1 tbsp flax oil
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 banana
1/2 cup berries
1 avocado
handful of greens (kale or spinach)
12–16 oz filtered water

1. Blend ingredients in a Vitamix or blender until smooth.
