2 slices whole grain bread
1 garlic clove
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Toast the bread until golden brown.

Cut the garlic clove into half and rub the toast on both sides with the cut side of the garlic.

Brush with a little of the oil if you like, it won't add much in terms of calories or grams of fat.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
