- 1/2 bunch recao
- 2 bags ajicito
- 1 head of garlic, peeled
- 3 yellow onions
- 2 green bell peppers
- pinch sazon seasoning
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
1. Clean, rinse, and chop the recao, ajicito, onions, bell peppers, and cilantro
2. Blend all ingredients together with the olive oil
3. Store in jars and refrigerate
4. Heat up in a pan when ready to serve
