Don't have time to make lunch every day? Simply freeze spaghetti portions using this recipe and you have a great lunch on the go.
- 1 lb whole-wheat spaghetti
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1. Break the uncooked spaghetti once or twice in order to make the noodles shorter. Place spaghetti in boiling water and cook as per the directions on the box.
2. Put the cooked spaghetti into muffin tins and top with a little bit of cheese and parsley.
3. Place muffin tin in the freezer. Remove one or more spaghetti muffins the next day and place in a container so they can thaw out by lunchtime.
4. Microwave and enjoy!
