Spaghetti Squash

Treat yourself to a spaghetti squash that's both incredibly flavorful and great for your brain. This is a recipe for a brain food you'll be sure to remember.  


  • 1 whole spaghetti squash
  • 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pinch parsley, to taste


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.


2. Slice off them stem of the squash. Then, place the flat end down and slice in half. Scoop out the guts and seeds. Lightly coat each half with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  


3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place each half face down. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Remove and let the squash cool before handling.  


4. Using a fork, scrape the strands out of the squash into a plate. Finally, add your favorite spaghetti sauce and garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
