- 2 tbsp protein powder (whey or egg white)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup tofu
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 2 cups dairy-free coconut milk
- ice (as needed)
- splash sparkling water
Blend protein, seeds, tofu, spinach, peaches, milk and ice until smooth.
