Sparkling Peach Protein Smoothie

2 tbsp protein powder (whey or egg white)
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup tofu
2 cups spinach
1 cup frozen peaches
2 cups dairy-free coconut milk
ice (as needed)
splash sparkling water

Blend protein, seeds, tofu, spinach, peaches, milk and ice until smooth.

Top with a splash of sparkling water for fizz.
