Strawberry-Mint Mojito

Drink this mocktail throughout the spring and summer — not only is it refreshing, but it's chock-full of vitamins and immunity-boosting ingredients. 

2 cups water
1 cup fresh strawberries, whole or cut
2-3 tsp watercress
1 tsp mint leaves
1/2 cup crushed ice (or, use frozen strawberries)
1-2 tsp local honey

Blend together all ingredients for 3 minutes and pour!
