Strawberry Rosé Pops

Move over frosé, these rosé popsicles are new trend to help beat the summer heat. Quickly blend ingredients and pour them into freezer molds for easy and delicious popsicles with fresh strawberries inside. Enjoy this treat by itself or stick into a glass of prosecco for a fancy cocktail.

2 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
2 cups rosé wine

1. Place half of the strawberries into a blender and add the lemon juice, sugar, and rosé. Blend on high and then strain through a fine strainer.

 

2. Stir in the remaining sliced strawberries and fill the molds evenly with the mixture. Freeze until frozen and enjoy.
