1 (10 oz) bag of baby spinach leaves 1/4 vidalia onion 1/2 cup walnut pieces 1/2 cup crumbled feta 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts 1 pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated 4 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Rinse spinach thorougly and trim any ends if necessary. Place on paper towel and pat dry, then place in bowl.
Slice or chop onion to desired size. Chop walnuts into small pieces and add to spinach along with feta, sprouts and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing and then using salad tongs, toss all ingredients together.
