Surprise Super Protein Shake

Don't be scared off by the ingredients in this shake. The combination of flavors may be like nothing you've tried before, but will be something you will want to make again and again. Sip on this shake for a boost of protein and vitamins.       

1/2 cup fat-free refried beans
1 large tomato, diced
3/4 cup diced cantaloupe
2 scoops whey protein powder

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 cups.
