Add some chicken, black beans, avocado, and zesty salsa on top of these potato slices for a delicious, healthy dinner.

- 1 sweet potato
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 black beans
- 1 avocado
1. Slice sweet potato lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices. Add to the toaster like you would bread and toast on high. You may have to toast it twice to fully cook it.
2. Top with chicken, salsa, black beans, and avocado. Enjoy!
