This smoothie is actor Terry Crews' favorite recipe that keeps him in shape. The protein powder additive helps restore muscles post-workout and keeps you full and satisfied until your next meal.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 cup berry flavored Greek yogurt
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
