1/2 head cauliflower, cut into chunks
2 zucchini or yellow squash, cut into chunks
1 inch fresh ginger root, unpeeled
1 1/2 tsp very finely chopped lemon grass
1 fresh basil leaf

Juice the cauliflower, zucchini and ginger root, and pour into a glass.

 

Garnish with lemongrass and basil.
