Cultivated back in anciet Egypt, tiger nuts, also known as Earth nuts are considered a healthy source of protein, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin E, and vitamin C. 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups kefir
  • 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaping tablespoon tiger nut flour
  • 1/2 banana

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth.
