Tiger Nut Basil Smoothie

Cultivated back in anciet Egypt, tiger nuts, also known as Earth nuts are considered a healthy source of protein, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin E, and vitamin C. 

1 1/2 cups kefir
1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 heaping tablespoon tiger nut flour
1/2 banana

Blend ingredients until smooth.
