1 cup silken tofu
1 cup baby spinach
1 green apple, cored and cubed
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup ice cubes

1. Put all ingredients into the blender and blend. Enjoy!
