- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups peeled and diced cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger root
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 peeled, cored and diced apples
- 1 juice of lime
- 1/2 juice of lemon
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Enjoy!
