- 3/4 cup cubed avocado
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 9 oz Cool Whip
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl using a hand mixer, combine avocado and sugar.
Add in egg.
Mix in cocoa powder and baking soda.
Stir in chocolate chunks.
Bake in a brownie pan for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool and serve with Cool Whip or store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve.
