- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 large Fuji apples, washed
- cinnamon, as needed
Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
In small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice and water.
Cut Fuji apples in half, core and remove stem and seeds.
Slice into thin 1/8-inch slices and toss in water mixture.
Remove from mixture, drain and lay on a nonstick baking sheet pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon from shaker and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
Remove from tray, cool and serve.
