- 4 cups spinach
- 3 oz grilled chicken
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Grill chicken, if not using pre-cooked chicken.
Combine spinach, cucumber, strawberries and chicken.
Toss with oil and vinegar.
