1 whole wheat pita pocket
4 oz grilled chicken
1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
3 tbsp hummus
5 kalamata olives

Grill chicken until thoroughly cooked.

Spread hummus on pita and add chicken, lettuce, tomato and olives. 

Fold to create sandwich.
