- 1 cup whole-wheat elbow macaroni
- 3 cups quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- dash salt
- dash pepper
Boil macaroni and set aside.
Cook quinoa and set aside.
Combine quinoa and macaroni. Add cheese, yogurt, salt and pepper and stir.
