4 oz smoked salmon
1/4 cup light cream cheese
1 tbsp capers
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup tomato, diced

Layer smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, onion and tomato on totilla.

Wrap tortilla starting at one end.
