4 oz grilled chicken
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 jalapeno
1/2 cup avocado, diced
3/4 cup brown rice
1 tbsp hot sauce

Grill chicken until cooked thoroughly.

Heat bell peppers, jalepeno and onions in pan over medium heat on stove top.

Add rice, chicken, avocado and hot sauce and heat through.
